2. Organization<\/h3>

The events are promoted by ExperienceA by Wine Tourism in Portugal, Lda., in partnership with prestigious national and international venues.<\/p>

2. Exclusive Nature<\/h3>

Tickets are personal, limited, and non-transferable, ensuring immersive and intimate experiences. Due to the exclusive nature and limited capacity of the events, resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

3. Payment<\/h3>

The full ticket price must be paid at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.<\/p>

4. Cancellations and Changes<\/h3>

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in cases of event cancellation or significant alteration by the promoter. Outdoor events may have an alternative plan previously communicated. In situations of force majeure (e.g., natural phenomena, strikes, public health emergencies), ExperienceA reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or adjust the event.<\/p>

5. Responsabilities<\/h3>

ExperienceA ensures the curation, production, and communication of the event. Physical, technical, and safety conditions of the venues are the sole responsibility of the venue owners, with whom ExperienceA establishes formal partnerships. By purchasing a ticket, the participant acknowledges and accepts these conditions.<\/p>

6. Image Rights<\/h3>

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, the participant irrevocably and free of charge authorizes the capture and use of their image and voice in photographs, videos, and other audiovisual records taken during the event. Such content may be used by ExperienceA and its partners for institutional, promotional, and commercial purposes, across any media or platform, worldwide, and without time limitation.<\/p>

7. Governing Law<\/h3>
