General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Wine Tourism in Portugal, Lda., operating under the brand ExperienceA, headquartered at Rua Dr. Melo Leote, nº 20, 4100-341 Ramalde – Porto, Portugal, VAT nº 510763634, is responsible for the organization and sale of tickets for exclusive events promoted under the ExperienceA brand.
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of tickets for ExperienceA events, carried out through www.experiencea.pt or other authorized platforms.
Purchase Process
• Ticket purchases are made exclusively online.
• The user must provide correct and complete information at the time of purchase.
• The purchase is only confirmed after payment is received and the electronic ticket is sent by e-mail.
3. Price and Payment
• Ticket prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, through the electronic methods made available (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other indicated on the platform).
4. Ticket Delivery
• Tickets are issued in digital format (PDF) and sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase.
• The ticket holder must present a valid ticket at the event entrance, either digitally or printed, and may be asked to show an identification document.
5. Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds
• Due to the exclusive and limited nature of ExperienceA events, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Only in the event of official cancellation by the promoter will a refund of the ticket face value be issued, excluding service fees, within a maximum of 30 working days.
6. Liability
• ExperienceA is not responsible for problems arising from errors in the information provided by the buyer, nor for technical failures beyond its control (e.g., third-party systems, bounced e-mails, etc.).
• The physical, technical, and safety conditions of the venues are the responsibility of the venue owners, with whom ExperienceA establishes formal partnerships.
7. Event Changes
• ExperienceA reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, or program of the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, buyers will be notified, and the provisions of clause 5 will apply.
8. Image Rights
• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, participants irrevocably and free of charge authorize the capture and use of their image and voice in photographs, videos, and other audiovisual records made during the event.
• These contents may be used by ExperienceA and its partners for institutional, promotional, and commercial purposes, in any media, without temporal or territorial limitation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content associated with the events is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights of ExperienceA, Wine Tourism in Portugal, or its partners, and may not be reproduced without express authorization.
10. Personal Data
The personal data collected during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at www.experiencea.pt, with guaranteed rights of access, rectification, and deletion.

13. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to the Consumer Arbitration Center of Porto (CICAP) (www.cicap.pt) or another legally competent arbitration center.
14. Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For any disputes, the competent court will be the District Court of Porto, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
