Where and when does the event take place?

The event will be held at Hotel Vermelho Melides (R. Dr. Evaristo Sousa Gago, 2, 7570-635 Melides, Portugal), on September 22nd, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

How many people can attend?

The event is exclusive and intimate, limited to 40 participants.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, partially. The hotel allows direct car access. The welcome drink and dinner areas are accessible; however, the masterclass takes place in a space that requires climbing stairs.

Is parking available?

Yes. The hotel provides parking for guests, although spaces are limited.

Where can I buy tickets?

Exclusively through the official ExperienceA platform at experiencea.pt.

What does the ticket include?

The ticket includes: welcome drink, wine masterclass, signature dinner, premium wine pairing, and live music. Additional services such as transfers or accommodation may be requested separately, always subject to availability and quotation.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of ExperienceA events, no exchanges or refunds are available. Refunds will only be possible in case of cancellation or significant changes made by the organizer.

Is accommodation included?

No. Accommodation at Hotel Vermelho or partner hotels can be requested separately, subject to availability and quotation.

Is there a dress code?

The most important thing is to feel comfortable. However, given the premium and exclusive nature of the event, we recommend formal or casual chic attire, aligned with the sophistication of the experience.

Will I be photographed or filmed?

Yes. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that images and videos captured during the event may be used by ExperienceA for promotional and communication purposes.

Can I buy group tickets (corporate packages)?

Generally, group packages are not available for ExperienceA events due to limited capacity. Only official partners may benefit from exclusive conditions. However, you may contact ExperienceA at corporate@experiencea.pt for special inquiries.

Is there a waiting list if tickets sell out?

No. Tickets are sold in real time via the ExperienceA platform, with availability updated until 24 hours before the event.

What is the minimum age requirement?

Due to the wine-focused nature of the event, only participants aged 18 or older may attend.
